The Jam Jar LLC maintains the Website.
United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile and the governing law is the local law. Visa and Master Card and AED will be accepted for payment. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account. All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties. Merchant will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.
Payments are not refundable and not exchangeable.
The UAE has now issued Federal Law No 8 of 2017 for Value-Added Tax (VAT) (the "Law"), Under the Law, a 5% VAT will be charged on all goods and services, except a limited number of items that are exempted.
Merchant takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies.

The merchant is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites to which it links. If you provide any information to such third parties different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply. The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
thejamjar reserves the right to cancel the workshop if required, and will notify the customers at the earliest. A full refund will be processed within 45 days.
thejamjar can hold on to your artworks for up-to 10 days at the studio. If the artwork has not been pick up or requested after 10 days, it will automatically become the property of thejamjar and we will be free to use it for any purpose, whether recycling, re-purposing or otherwise.
Customers who register for a workshop/class/DIY/event organised by thejamjar hereby release their rights to their images for marketing purposes. thejamjar will not sell or lend the images to a third party. If a customer does see their image being used by a different entity, they must contact them directly.
